We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual individual to join our customer service team as an Italian speaking representative. This role will involve providing top-notch support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to enhance service delivery and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in Italian and English is essential for this role.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Adaptability: Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Prior Experience: Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
