Customer Service Representative - Travel Department

We are seeking a skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Online Travel Department. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work with Spanish-speaking travelers, assisting them in planning their perfect trips and delivering exceptional service throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to travel bookings and itineraries.
  • Travel Planning: Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and package deals, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
  • Booking Management: Provide support for changes to bookings, cancellations, and special requests, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving for effective resolutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Knowledge Updates: Stay updated on travel trends, company policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Record Keeping: Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
  • Linguistic Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience: Experience in customer service, particularly within the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors, is preferred.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems effectively and work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
