German Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a customer-focused professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients regarding airline reservations.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about travel and possess excellent communication skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling inquiries, managing bookings, and assisting with ticketing issues via phone, email, and chat.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in German and English, prior experience in customer service, and strong problem-solving skills. You will also be proficient in using customer service tools and systems.

  • Responsibilities:
