Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with public sector clients to understand their vision, challenges, and specific needs, ensuring a tailored approach to delivering solutions that align with their goals.
  • Analyze customer requirements and provide relevant insights into their domain, delivering actionable solutions that address both current and future needs.
  • Collaborate with the client to define and refine solutions and offerings that best serve their objectives, ensuring they align with their strategic priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on discovering their landscape to more effectively position and enhance the offering over time.
  • Develop high-quality marketing and business materials (such as reports, proposals, and vision statements) that communicate the value of the solution to key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of projects and solutions, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention, with a focus on ensuring that clients see continuous value from the solutions provided.
  • Monitor and manage account performance, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive and proven experience (minimum 5 years) in Account Management and/or IT consulting in Digital Government / Defense / Civil protection / Immigration / Foreign affairs
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree would be an asset
  • Deep understanding of the Public Sector domain in Greece
  • Strong business and technology knowledge in Government relevant domain
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to create impactful business and marketing content
  • Strategic mindset, proactiveness, and a solution-oriented approach
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
  • Excellent Greek and English communication skills
