Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant. This is a unique opportunity to join our team in Athens and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the office environment.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners, answering and routing incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • They will also manage office supplies, schedule meetings and appointments, support administrative tasks, and receive and distribute correspondence and deliveries.

Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • A bachelor's degree and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
