ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a global leader in technology industry with diverse range of businesses, is seeking an Administrative & Sample Handling Coordinator.

Location: Marousi, Athens

Working Model: on-site

You will be reporting to: Finance (Risk Management)

Your work will include:

Acting as the key point of contact for sample items across departments. You will manage their lifecycle from arrival to distribution and return, ensuring that all movements are well-documented and aligned with internal procedures.

More specifically:

  • Managing new samples in & out
  • Distributing samples based on internal requests
  • Tracing of samples moving and current location
  • Responsible for sample return management based on return schedule
  • Performing Sample inspection on a quarterly basis

Requirements

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or other related fields
  • Previous experience in administrative support, logistics or supply chain will be considered a strong asset
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Diligent work ethic and high attention to detail
  • A proactive and structured mindset
