Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Secretary to join our construction company. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain and update company records, files, and documents
- Schedule meetings and appointments for management and site teams
- Assist in the preparation of reports, invoices, and project documentation
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors as needed
- Support HR and accounting departments with basic administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills in [English/Greek]
- Familiarity with the construction industry will be considered an asset
