Responsibilities

• MyData Management: Ensure full compliance with MyData regulations. Oversee the transmission of data to the platform, conduct weekly reviews, and reconcile MyData entries with General Ledger accounts
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns, VIES reports, withholding tax filings, and other statutory declarations. Reconcile tax filings with accounting records and assist in the preparation of the Corporate Income Tax (CIT) return
• Systems & Process Alignment: Liaise with IT and/ or accounting teams to resolve interface or reporting issues related to tax systems. Ensure alignment of accounting procedure with formal tax processes
• Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors, address discrepancies, and support the issuance of the annual tax certificate and audits conducted by tax authorities
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to gather necessary data and provide support for ad-hoc tax-related requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in tax compliance and accounting/bookkeeping
• Solid understanding of tax accounting and tax legislation (Corporate Income Tax, VAT, indirect taxes etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Working knowledge of SAP functionalities and processes is highly desirable
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Analytical mindset with the ability to process and understand basic finance-tax information
• Comfortable working with numbers, calculations and financial/tax data
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines under guidance
• Willingness to collaborate across teams and build positive stakeholder relationships
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on tax regulations and accounting practices
• Collaborative mindset
