Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Online Music & Podcast Department as a French Speaking Customer Support Representative.

About the Role

This role is perfect for those who have a passion for music and podcasts, and who enjoy helping customers navigate their audio experience. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support to French-speaking users regarding online music and podcast services through phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to subscriptions, account management, content access, and technical issues.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records for tracking purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and improve service delivery.
  • Educate users on how to effectively use the platform and discover new content.
  • Gather user feedback to support the continuous improvement of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Solve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate users on the platform and its features.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or technology sectors.
  • A strong passion for music and podcasts with the ability to convey this enthusiasm to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
