Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and queries in a professional and courteous manner.

Our ideal candidate is someone who possesses excellent communication skills, is fluent in Slovakian, and has a strong understanding of customer-centricity.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluency in Slovakian (C2 level or native)
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
  • Typing speed: 25 words per minute
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles (desired)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
