Foreign Language Customer Service Representative

As a customer advisor, you will represent a worldwide brand and interact with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds. Your primary goal will be to develop strong relationships with customers and provide them with the best possible experience.
- Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand and engage with customers from different cultures
- Develop customer relationships and improve their experience
- Troubleshoot issues using open questions, support documents, and system training
- Offer recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Native/Fluent Portuguese
- Good level of English (C1)
- Writing speed: 20 words per minute
- Active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective troubleshooting skills
