Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Language Expert
Your Role as a Customer Advisor:- You will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with colleagues to escalate complex customer complaints and resolve them in line with company policies.
- Ensure that all customer support calls and emails are answered and resolved within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Troubleshoot common problems using open questions, support documentation, and system training.
- Offer recommendations to frequently asked questions.
- A high school diploma or higher is required.
- You must be fluent in German, Portuguese, or Czech and have a good command of English (C1 level).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A relocation package, including accommodation in a great hotel near the office for three weeks.
- An initial 300 Euros accommodation support payment for candidates moving from abroad.
- A permanent contract, with the possibility of remote work from anywhere in Greece (six-month contracts).
- Private health and life insurance.
