Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients across multiple communication channels.
Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for assisting with order processing, account inquiries, and providing detailed product information to our customers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with teams across departments to ensure timely and effective service delivery. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining records for continual service enhancement.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.

- Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
