Your primary objective will be to develop and implement client-centric strategies that leverage these service centers to monitor the lifecycle of our products.

  • Drive improvements in service center performance through monitoring and analysis
  • Promote long-term service contracts and clients' maintenance programs
  • Analyze new business opportunities in collaboration with Sales Area Managers
  • Develop initiatives to increase installed base and services sold
  • Recruit and manage new installers through Service Centers
  • Boost Parts & Services turnover in your reference area
  • Maintain and enhance Service Center service levels
  • Ensure uniformity of service logic within your area of responsibility

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field
  • At least one year of experience in similar roles, preferably in the semi-durable goods industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills, strong results orientation, initiative, and organizational abilities
