ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, one of the leading PR and communication agencies in Greece, is looking for a Corporate Communication Director.
Corporate Communication Director (5939/CCD/ESS/GR)
Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the strategic planning and execution of mainly corporate communications & CSR programs covering the areas of press office, media relations, media monitoring, crisis and issues management, event management and internal PR
  • Lead a team of corporate communications professionals and drive the strategy development for a diverse portfolio
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and supervise high-profile projects
  • Lead the pitching, negotiations, planning and implementation of the projects
  • Coordinate and prioritize projects, ensuring clear communication between the team members, while acting in a timely manner
  • Develop and implement PR and communication plans to align with the overall communication strategy of each client
  • Oversee the workflow and operational processes and quality within the team
  • Create and execute proposals based on the clients' needs both in a reactive and proactive mode
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Media Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising or a similar field
  • Previous PR experience at least 8-10 years in an agency r in a Corporate Affairs Department
  • Post graduate studies in communication will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills (Greek and English).
  • PC literate, proficient in MS Office.
