About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team.

Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and support. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for responding to parent inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring that families have a positive experience with our organization.

You will work closely with our Parent Support team and other departments to provide comprehensive support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on providing top-notch customer service, escalating sensitive issues when necessary, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to parent messages via email, text, and phone in real-time
  • Escalate sensitive issues to senior team members when required
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolve issues promptly
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent English Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with parents in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
