In this role, you will:- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing a wide range of topics including product information, order status, vehicle inquiries, and technical support. (brands as Peugeot, Fiat, Opel & More)
- Provide accurate and timely information on our diverse portfolio of vehicles, including features, specifications, pricing, and available options.
- Assist customers with locating dealers, navigating our website, and understanding connected services and infotainment features.
- Investigate customer issues, conduct research using internal resources, and effectively resolve concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer records and data in our CRM system.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Fluency (verbal and written) in Dutch and very good English language skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in using computers and experience in CRM systems.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
