Job Title: Luxury Customer Experience Expert
A legendary motorcycle brand is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to deliver premium customer experiences. As a Luxury Customer Experience Expert, you will handle customer care, capture feedback, nurture leads, and ensure every rider receives world-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service following industry standards and processes.
- Provide accurate information to prospects and guide them throughout their journey.
- Perform Level 1 troubleshooting for connected services.
- Call, collect and analyze customer feedback through structured workflows.
- Coordinate with the dealer network to ensure timely updates and resolutions.
- Educate customers on the product features and benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases quickly and efficiently.
- Meet performance targets and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent Italian language skills.
- Very good English communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a luxury brand.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases.
- Good computer literacy and basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
