Luxury Motorcycle Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a German speaking customer experience expert to deliver exceptional service and support to our high-value customers worldwide.
The ideal candidate will have native-level proficiency in German, excellent English communication skills, and previous experience in customer service, ideally in a premium or luxury brand.
- Provide accurate information to prospects and guide them throughout their journey.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, following industry standards and best practices.
- Escalate cases when necessary and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
As a customer experience expert, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements:- Native-level proficiency in German
- Excellent English communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a premium or luxury brand
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases
- Good computer literacy and basic knowledge of MS Excel
