Premium Motorcycle Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for a premium motorcycle brand. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a flair for luxury service.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences, following industry standards and processes.
- Deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring that every rider receives world-class support.
- Provide accurate information to prospects, guiding them through their journey.
- Perform Level 1 troubleshooting for connected services.
- Analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the dealer network to ensure timely updates and resolutions.
- Elevate cases when necessary, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
- Excellent Spanish language skills.
- Very good English communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a premium or luxury brand.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive cases.
- Good computer literacy and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
