Motorcycle Customer Service Expert

Deliver exceptional customer experiences and represent a legendary motorcycle brand.
About the Role- Provide accurate information to prospects and guide them throughout their journey.
- Perform Level 1 troubleshooting for connected services.
- Call, collect and analyze customer feedback through structured workflows.
- Coordinate with dealers to ensure timely updates and resolutions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a flair for luxury service.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service, following industry standards and processes.
- Escalate cases when necessary and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Manage high-value customers and support them with a premium experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent French language skills.
- Very good English communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a premium or luxury brand.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases.
