
High-Value Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service Professional to join our team. As an English-speaking Customer Expert, you will provide premium customer experiences for high-value clients worldwide.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer care, capturing feedback, nurturing leads, and ensuring every rider receives world-class service.
- Deliver exceptional customer service following established standards and processes.
- Provide accurate information to prospects and guide them throughout their journey.
- Perform Level 1 troubleshooting for connected services.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback through structured workflows.
- Coordinate with the dealer network to ensure timely updates and resolutions.
- Elevate cases when necessary and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess native-level proficiency in English, excellent communication skills, and previous experience in customer service, preferably in a premium or luxury brand. Additionally, they should have strong interpersonal skills, good computer literacy, and basic knowledge of MS Excel.
