Shopping Experience Specialist

Σχεδιασμός: Ευθύνη για την εικόνα του καταστήματος ανά πάσα στιγμή.
Λύσεις: Εύρεση αποτελεσματικών λύσεων ώστε να γίνει το κατάστημα πιο εμπορικό και κερδοφόρο.
Διασυνοίκηση: Δυνατότητα εκπαίδευσης και παρακίνησης της ομάδας σχετικά με τις κατευθυντήριες γραμμές και τις τεχνικές εμπορίας νέων προϊόντων
Νέα Προϊόντα: Δημιουργία προτάσεων σχετικά με νέα προϊόντα που δεν είναι διαθέσιμα
Επικοινωνία: Συνεχής αναφορά στην ομάδα διαχείρισης του καταστήματος - υποστήριξη σε συγκεκριμένα διευθυντικά καθήκοντα καταστήματος.
Visual Merchandiser: Επικοινωνία και παροχή feedback στον Visual Merchandiser της περιοχής.
Οι υποψήφιοι/ες για την θέση πρέπει να διαθέτουν:
- Εξαίρετο ιστορικό προϋπηρεσίας τουλάχιστον ενός (1) έτους στο χώρο του Visual Store Merchandising
- Γνώση των βασικών οπτικών τεχνικών δημιουργίας ελκυστικού περιβάλλοντος για τους πελάτες των φυσικών μας καταστημάτων
- Γνώση του προφίλ των πελατών, τις δυνατότητες του προϊόντος και τις εμπορικές στρατηγικές των ανταγωνιστών
- Ικανότητα εφαρμογής του retail brand strategy πάνω στο αντικείμενο εργασίας τους και πάντα σε συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα της εταιρίας
- Ισχυρές ηγετικές ικανότητες
- Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
- Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας και χρήσης H/Y
- Πανεπιστημιακές σπουδές (ΑΕΙ / ΤΕΙ / Ιδιωτικό Κολλέγιο)
- Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις για τους άνδρες υποψηφίους
