We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team in Athens, Greece. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure.

About the Role:

This role involves providing top-notch support to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Croatian and English.
  • Provide accurate and timely assistance regarding products, orders, services, or account-related issues.
  • Resolve problems efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Escalate complex cases to relevant departments and follow up until resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Actively contribute to a positive team environment and suggest improvements to customer service processes.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Croatian (native or near-native level) and proficient in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service, support, or a contact center environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn customer service software and systems.
  • Authorized to work in Greece.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar tools.
  • Additional language skills are a plus (e.g., Greek, German, French).
  • Background in retail, travel, telecommunications, or tech support is advantageous.
