Technical Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a German language expert to work with our team in Greece. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in German and a good command of English.
The role involves identifying customers' needs and delivering appropriate solutions, including sales. You will also guide customers facing issues related to billing inquiries, handle transactions and provide resolution to inquiries in a timely manner. Additionally, you will assist customers to place an order and related issues, answer customers' inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues that they face and assist customers with account issues.
The successful candidate will bring excellent communication skills in German, good command of English (B2+), sales experience with consumer products and services will be an asset, technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems., advanced internet research skills, empathetic soul with the communication skills that match, positive and adventurous attitude, and a sponge that is willing to soak up all the knowledge and experience we offer.
