Are you a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills?
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional customer service to online content creators, ensuring they have the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels, including email, phone, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about our services and products, providing solutions to their issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and drive customer satisfaction, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong interest in supporting online content creators and understanding their needs.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
