Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Business Assurance Assessor. The ideal candidate will possess strong assessment skills, be fluent in English, and have experience working in a similar field.

This role requires the ability to undertake business assurance assessments in accordance with current procedures and agreed timescales. The assessor must be able to lead assessment teams effectively, ensuring that the visit is completed within the agreed timescales, and coordinating team findings to reach conclusions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality assessment reports reflecting business assurance principles in compliance with accreditation requirements and internal procedures. They will also ensure that all internal client stakeholders are kept informed of changes and issues, escalating as appropriate.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining professional competence by keeping abreast of technical and other developments in own area of expertise, maintaining CPD records, updating LRQA CV, maintaining professional registrations and producing records of competence as required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as the assessor will need to actively build strong client and internal relationships. Participation in Assessor meetings and training is also a requirement.
