We're looking for a Business & Sales Operations Specialist to provide cross-functional support in key operational areas, ensuring smooth coordination across compliance, sales, and administrative functions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain ISO documentation (ISO 9001, 27001, and coordinate annual reviews in collaboration with the ISO Compliance & Risk Manager.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, tracking corrective actions, and ensuring follow-up.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for marketing initiatives
  • Assist Account Managers in preparing commercial offers and handling timely customer contract renewals; coordinate legal approval and manage the full lifecycle from drafting to execution and archiving.
  • Provide administrative support to company's management.
  • Oversee building facilities, as maintenance, office supplies, access cards, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business operations, sales support, or compliance-related roles.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and documentation practices. (Experience working in ISO-certified environments (ISO 9001, 27001, is highly desirable.)
  • Knowledge of contract management systems or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Experience in supporting sales operations including quotation management, pricing validation, and contract renewals
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
