Job Description

We seek a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to provide expert support across key operational areas, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for ISO 9001 and 27001 standards, collaborating with the ISO Compliance & Risk Manager on annual reviews.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing essential documents, tracking corrective actions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Offer administrative and operational support for marketing initiatives.
  • Assist Account Managers in preparing commercial offers and handling customer contract renewals; coordinate legal approval and manage the full lifecycle from drafting to execution.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management.
  • Oversee building facilities, including maintenance, office supplies, access cards, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business operations, sales support, or compliance-related roles.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and documentation practices.
  • Knowledge of contract management systems or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
  • Experience in supporting sales operations, including quotation management, pricing validation, and contract renewals.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
