Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities and optimizing working schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, with a proven track record of management experience within the Call Center industry.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating daily activities and optimizing working schedules on a per-project basis
  • Ensuring the provision of high-quality CRM services to our valued clients
  • Mobilizing resources effectively to achieve strategic objectives
  • Driving growth and achieving sales targets by leveraging unique value propositions

The successful candidate will possess exceptional strategic and analytical thinking abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills. You will also have a solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business Administration
  • Proven business development and management track record within the Call Center industry
  • At least 5 years of significant staff management experience

  • Fluency in English
