Project Delivery Specialists are key to driving business change and shifting organisational models forward. A Consultant is needed to collaborate with teams, support smooth project execution, and ensure that projects meet both business and operational goals.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams, contributing to activities such as requirement gathering, project execution, and data-supported decision-making.

The ideal candidate will bring a mix of the following experience and skills:

  • 2-3 years in a project delivery or consulting environment
  • Ability to gather and document business requirements clearly and accurately
  • Hands-on experience supporting activities such as user acceptance testing (UAT), localisation, content management, planning, reporting or tasks management
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to follow up on actions and deadlines
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar for managing tasks and progress
  • Comfort working with basic data reports or dashboards to help guide project decisions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions
  • A proactive mindset and attention to detail

Nice to have:

Experience in Reduced Risk Products (RRPs) or other regulated industries
