Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat for media streaming services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, account problems, and streaming queries efficiently.
- Educate customers on platform features to enhance their experience and usage.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest media streaming technologies and best practices.
- Contribute feedback and ideas to improve customer service processes.
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or help desk roles is highly desirable.
- Technical troubleshooting skills to assist customers effectively.
- Familiarity with media streaming platforms is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
