Job Title: Dutch Customer Service Associate

  Are you a proficient Dutch speaker who loves communicating with people and providing solutions?  We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Dutch Customer Service Associate.

  Key Responsibilities:

  •     Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, representing our company in the Netherlands.
  •     Listen to customers' needs and provide effective solutions via phone calls, emails, or chats.
  •     Handle product orders, payments, deliveries, and customer complaints efficiently.
  •     Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.

  Requirements:

  •     Native/near-native level in Dutch.
  •     Strong B2-level English skills.
  •     Excellent phone contact handling and active listening skills.
  •     Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  •     Exceptional problem-solving and adaptability skills.
  •     European citizenship or valid work permit for Greece.
