Αναζητούμε υποψήφιους συνεργάτες στη Θεσσαλονίκη και Χαλκιδική για τη θέση του Office Manager. Προτιμούνται αποδεδειγμένα ταλαντευόμενοι με δική τους ομάδα.

  • Δυνατές Επικοινωνιακές & Πωλησιακές Δεξιότητες:

Εξαιρετικές προφορικές και γραπτές ικανότητες επικοινωνίας σε συνδυασμό με αποδεδειγμένο ιστορικό πωλήσεων.

  • Αξιοπιστία & Φιλοδοξία:

Αξιόπιστοι και με κίνητρο να επιτύχουν και να ξεπεράσουν στόχους.

  • Εμπειρία ως Σύμβουλος Ακινήτων:

Aποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε πωλήσεις και μισθώσεις ακινήτων.

  • Σε Βάθος Κατανόηση του Κλάδου του Real Estate:

Oλοκληρωμένη γνώση της αγοράς και των πρακτικών του κλάδου.

  • Ικανότητα και Διάθεση να Εργάζεται σε Ομαδικό Περιβάλλον:

Ικανότητα και προθυμία να εργάζονται σε συνεργατικό περιβάλλον.


Ο Office Manager είναι υπεύθυνος/η για τα εξής:
- Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση της ομάδας του.
- Καθοδήγηση και υποστήριξη των συνεργατών του.
- Πραγματοποίηση ραντεβού ανάθεσης/υπόδειξης με τους νέους συνεργάτες.
- Εφαρμογή στρατηγικών για αύξηση της παραγωγικότητας
- Επίτευξη των στόχων πωλήσεων
- Εισαγωγή νέων συμβούλων
- Καθοδήγηση των μελών της ομάδας
- Διαχείριση και εξυπηρέτηση του υπάρχοντος χαρτοφυλακίου ακινήτων (50.000 ακίνητα).
- Αντιμετώπιση και εκπλήρωση των ευρύ και διεθνών πελατειακών αιτημάτων (8.000 νέες αιτήσεις μηνιαίως).
