Η Ρόλος μας:

  • Οrienting ourselves to the needs of our team and ensuring seamless communication between departments.
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Providing administrative support, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Handling travel arrangements, reservations, and other logistical tasks.
  • Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Welcoming clients and partners, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or as a Personal/Executive Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Possession of a degree in Business Administration or related field (desirable).
  • Excellent English language skills (English Proficiency desirable).
  • Superb communication skills (verbal and written), including problem-solving abilities and prioritization.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and initiative-taking skills.
  • Familiarity with office devices, gadgets, and software applications.
  • Valid driver's license for category Β' and Ι.Χ.
  • Discretion, confidentiality, adaptability, and flexibility.
