Sales & Office Administrator
to join their growing team.

You are responsible for:
- Carrying out accounting tasks (invoicing, payment tracking)
- Supporting the Internal Sales team Managing CRM databases (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.)
- Organising company events and conferences
- Handling orders and deliveries
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office
Your Education & Qualifications are:
- BSc in Business Administration, Economics, Management or similar
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Very good IT systems knowledge
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (including admin tasks)
- Excellent knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
You are a professional with:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong customer service orientation and flexibility to adapt to customer needs
- Ability to streamline, develop, and modernise internal processes
