Starting with the role:

We are looking for an Order Processing Officer to support daily and monthly inventory reporting in compliance with customs regulations, perform accounting procedures, manage material supply, and monitor facility expenses.

During your day you will:

  • Maintain daily and monthly inventory records in compliance with customs regulations
  • Conduct accounting procedures and manage material supply
  • Support the issuance of documentation
  • Handle HR-related tasks, including work within SAP and the ERGANI system
  • Manage customs and legal matters

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics/ Finance/ Business or other related field
  • Proficient use of MS Office tools
  • Fluency in English and Greek, both oral and written
  • Team working
  • Negotiations & Communication Skills
