Job DescriptionThis role is ideal for an experienced customer success professional with native-level French fluency and a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic account management.
As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our French-speaking clients, understanding their goals and challenges, and identifying opportunities for expansion and renewal.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding processes, proactive issue resolution, and regular business reviews to showcase value and identify areas for improvement or growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Foster long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within your assigned portfolio of French-speaking clients.
- Customer Advocacy: Understand client goals, challenges, and success metrics to proactively identify ways our solutions can help them achieve their objectives.
- Strategic Account Growth (Sales Duties): Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling additional products or services to meet evolving client needs.
- Onboarding & Adoption: Guide clients through successful implementation and effective utilization of our software solutions.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor client health and usage data, proactively addressing potential issues, and prepare regular business reviews to showcase value.
- Issue Resolution: Act as an escalation point for client concerns, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
To excel in this multifaceted role, you'll need a blend of customer success acumen, sales drive, linguistic prowess, and a proactive mindset:
- Native or near-native (C2) fluency in French, with strong English communication skills (B2/C1).
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in an Account Management, Customer Success, or Inside Sales role with a focus on expansion.
- Genuine passion for client success, with a proactive approach to building relationships and solving problems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly, articulate complex value propositions, conduct effective presentations, and negotiate.
- Results-oriented individual who thrives on achieving both customer satisfaction and revenue goals.
- Comfortable using CRM software, customer success platforms, and familiar with technology solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to identify client needs, interpret data, and propose relevant solutions.
