- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Expert. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and implement solutions that meet our customers' evolving needs.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and prioritize customer pain points, develop tailored solutions to address these challenges, and ensure seamless implementation and adoption.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and product managers, to drive business growth and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights, share best practices, and drive process improvements that benefit the organization as a whole.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to provide strategic recommendations and support business objectives.
- Conduct regular check-ins and progress updates with customers to ensure their needs are being met and make adjustments as necessary.
- Act as a subject matter expert for customer success initiatives, providing guidance and support to colleagues across the organization.
- Manage and analyze relevant metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success and inform future strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Superior German language skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and approach complex issues with creative solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements, while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality in all deliverables.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines.
- Proficiency in using desktop computer systems, internet applications, and MS Office software.
- Knowledge of Google products (Google Maps, Google Cloud ecosystem) and Chrome OS & Android Operating Systems is an asset but not required.
