Job DescriptionThis pivotal role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who are committed to preventing financial crime and ensuring compliance with regulations. In this position, you will assist clients by addressing inquiries, providing information about anti-financial crime measures, and supporting investigations to protect our financial systems.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
- Support Investigations
- Assist clients with inquiries related to anti-financial crime policies and procedures.
- Support investigations by gathering and documenting relevant information.
- Communication Skills
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues and provide guidance.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or compliance-related fields is preferred.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and anti-financial crime measures is a plus.
- Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer relationship management software.
