Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide top-tier support to our Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat platforms. As a customer service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries and issues efficiently and courteously.
In this role, you will maintain a thorough understanding of our company's products and services to provide accurate assistance. You will also document all interactions in our CRM system to ensure complete customer records.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
