
Spanish-English Business Growth Specialist

Drive Business Growth as a Customer Success Account Manager.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and leveraging your expertise to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
Your daily responsibilities will encompass:
- Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential customers, engage with them, and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Lead Qualification: Assess customer needs, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to close deals.
- Closing Deals: Skillfully negotiate contracts, manage pipelines, and meet sales targets.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Leverage your expertise to increase revenue by offering additional products and services to existing clients.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English are essential.
- Sales Experience: 1+ years of outbound sales experience, with a focus on prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, objection handling, generating new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Cloud-Based Solutions: Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and subscription models.
- Customer Insights: Ability to analyze customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
