This role involves managing incoming orders and tracking the production process to ensure timely delivery.

  • Manage incoming orders
  • Ensure all necessary materials are available
  • Organize and monitor order shipments until delivery
  • Keep customers updated on their orders

The ideal candidate will have fluency in German and English language, prior customer service or sales experience, very good knowledge of Greek and excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.

Requirements:

Fluency in German and English language

Prior customer service or sales experience will be considered an asset

Very good knowledge of Greek

Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and familiarity with ERP

Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
