Hebrew Content Moderator Job

Our organization is seeking a skilled Hebrew Content Moderator to maintain the quality and integrity of our online platforms.

This role involves reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hebrew, have strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies.
  • Respond promptly to user inquiries, comments, and reports regarding content moderation issues.
  • Identify and escalate sensitive or inappropriate content to the appropriate teams for further action.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform policies and industry best practices to effectively enforce content guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation processes and enhance user experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Hebrew.
  • Familiarity with popular social media platforms would be considered an asset.
  • Flexibility to work at our client's offices in Thessaloniki in rotating shifts.
  • Prior experience in content moderation, customer support, etc. would be considered an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
