Property Viewing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Property Viewing Specialist to join our Sales Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting scheduled property viewings for prospective buyers, ensuring a professional and informative experience. They will also provide expert guidance on the key features of each property based on provided scripts.

The role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proactive and customer-focused mindset. A valid driving license (Category B) is a requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide detailed feedback to managers on the potential interest generated by each viewing.
