We're seeking an experienced professional to drive seamless operations and deliver outstanding service to our customers.

This key role involves providing top-tier support while ensuring exam integrity as a member of our agile team, enhancing the efficiency and excellence of global certification services.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exemplary customer service through various communication channels.
  • Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the examination & certification process.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in similar roles or functions.
  • Prior working experience in the certification of persons and/or training and exam fields would be beneficial.

Desirable Skills

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • Excellent command of the English language (native-like or C2 level certification desired).
  • Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification would be considered a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Well organized, self-driven, flexible, and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

All SELT personnel must undergo a background check prior to commencing their duties. This includes a basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check, Right to Work in the UK check, HO security check, financial background check, and employment reference check.
