We are seeking a talented professional to assume the role of Customer Experience Specialist. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our certification exams.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively interact with candidates, testing centers, and other stakeholders. They will also be responsible for overseeing the secure and fair conduct of certification exams, enforcing exam rules and protocols, and handling any technical or procedural issues that may arise.

Additional responsibilities include executing administrative tasks related to exam registrations, scheduling, and result processing, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our systems. The successful candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, testing centers, and other stakeholders
  • Oversee the secure and fair conduct of certification exams
  • Enforce exam rules and protocols
  • Handle technical or procedural issues
  • Execute administrative tasks related to exam registrations, scheduling, and result processing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Previous experience in similar position/function
  • Prior working experience in certification of persons and/or training and exam fields
  • Excellent command of English and French language (native-like or C2 level certification desired)
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Well-organized, self-driven, flexible, and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
