Job Title: Online Exams and Customer Support Assistant

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced customer support specialist to join our team. As an Online Exams and Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to candidates, testing centers, and other stakeholders through various communication channels.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Oversee the secure and fair conduct of certification exams at designated testing centers or online platforms
  • Enforce exam rules and protocols to maintain integrity
  • Handle technical and procedural issues during exams
  • Execute administrative tasks related to exam registrations, scheduling, and result processing
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with established procedures

 

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar position
  • Excellent command of English and German languages (native-like or C2 level certification desired)
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Well-organized, self-driven, flexible, and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements:

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs) requires a background check prior to commencing duties.
