Η Motorlease AE, μία από τις πιο αναγνωρισμένες και αξιόπιστες εταιρείες στον χώρο του leasing και της πώλησης οχημάτων, με παρουσία άνω των 25 ετών στην ελληνική αγορά, επεκτείνει δυναμικά τις δραστηριότητές της και αναζητά νέα στελέχη. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, αναζητούμε έναν/μία Leasing Operations Specialist για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα Operations.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Δημιουργία, παρακολούθηση και έλεγχος συμβάσεων λειτουργικής μίσθωσης νέων οχημάτων.
  • Συντονισμός με πελάτες, προμηθευτές και τραπεζικά ιδρύματα.
  • Συγκέντρωση οικονομικών και νομικών εγγράφων για τη διαδικασία αξιολόγησης της πιστοληπτικής ικανότητας των υποψήφιων πελατών.
  • Προετοιμασία και επικοινωνία για παραγγελίες και παραδόσεις νέων οχημάτων.
  • Υποστήριξη καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της διαδικασίας συμβάσεων με νέους πελάτες.
  • Συμμετοχή στη βελτίωση διαδικασιών και εργαλείων του τμήματος Operations.
  • Εξασφάλιση υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και διατήρηση μακροχρόνιων σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικά ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε Operations, Customer Service ή Leasing (ιδανικά στον χώρο του αυτοκινήτου) θα θεωρηθεί ανταγωνιστικό πλεονέκτημα.
  • Εξαιρετικά καλή γνώση MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά).
  • Γνώση και χρήση ERP/CRM που χρησιμοποιείται στον κλάδο του operating leasing (π.χ. Intellisoft, Wheelsys ή αντίστοιχη πλατφόρμα) θα θεωρηθεί ανταγωνιστικό πλεονέκτημα.
  • Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας, διαχείρισης πολλαπλών αιτημάτων και επίλυσης προβλημάτων.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα, υπευθυνότητα και οργανωτικότητα.
