Job Opportunity: Customer Support Specialist

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Track and follow cases to ensure efficient and timely closure

  • Work towards meeting targets as set out by the client statement of work and internal targets
  • Answer customer inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues
  • Follow standard diagnostic procedures and handle frequently asked questions effectively
  • Ensure every customer becomes a satisfied one
  • Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues
  • Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal skills in Swedish
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Tech savvy individuals who think creatively
